Jessica Martin is a veteran educator and consultant with over 30 years of experience transforming K-12 learning communities across the country. As the former CEO of the education consulting company Growing Educators, a former staff developer for Teachers College Reading and Writing Project (Columbia University) and resident advisor at UCLA TEP Center X, she brings a deep expertise in English Language Arts, Cognitively Guided Instruction (CGI) in Math, and inquiry-based learning.
Currently, Jessica serves as a University Field Supervisor at Pepperdine’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology and a reading coach for the nonprofit J3 Foundation in Los Angeles. A dedicated advocate for equitable education, she is the author of Strategic Classroom Design (Heinemann), a guide inspired by her passion for co-creating inclusive spaces that amplify student voice. Whether onsite or virtual, Jessica partners with schools to ensure success for all learners.
